Items for Pick Up
We normally give you a call when an item is ready for pick up. If you’re in a rush or have a schedule to follow, please give us a call first to make sure we have it in stock or to set a date for pick up.
Details of shipping costs are provided in the listings.
We can combine shipping to save you on costs. If your total purchase is worth $150 or more, shipping is FREE.
We use Courier Post, NZ Post and Fastway Couriers to deliver orders. You will receive an email confirmation when we dispatch your item to you.
We strive to deliver within 1-5 working days in NZ.
If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.
Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
If you need an item urgently, please inquire first on stock availability before you place an order.
Delays can happen due to a number of reasons. If this is the case, we will communicate with you to find a solution.
If you have not received the goods within the given time frame, please contact us as soon as you can so we can have this looked into with the postal service provider.
